We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

• Orders are formulated Monday to Friday. On Fridays orders are dispatched with shipping carriers over the weekend.
• Across the US orders arrive three days later
• Across Canada it's four days later
• Across the UK it's ten days later, and anywhere else can be up to three weeks.

Standard delivery is free for orders $200 and over.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Shop Pay.

If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.

We understand that sometimes delivery mishaps can occur, such as a missing apartment number, wrong house number, or an unsupported forwarding address, which can prevent a package from reaching you.

If your package fails to be delivered and is returned to us, we want to make things right. For customers in the United States or Canada, we will reship your package for a small fee to cover the shipping expenses. However, for our international customers outside these regions, please note that we are unable to reship packages. In these instances, you will need to bear the full cost of the lost shipment due to incorrect address details provided by you.
